Kontorovich from George Mason to Northwestern

Eugene Kontorovich, Assistant Professor of Law at George Mason University, has accepted appointment as an untenured Associate Professor of Law at Northwestern University, where he visited last fall (he is currently a visiting professor at the University of Chicago Law School).  Kontorovich’s work brings economic analysis to bear on issues of public and international law.  (Note:  I don’t usually report junior lateral moves, and originally reported this one because I had thought it was a tenured move.  But having misreported it initially, I wanted to correct it!)
