Dan Burk, a prolific and influential scholar in the intellectual property area at the University of Minnesota, has accepted an offer to join the new Law School at the University of California at Irvine.  With Burk, Chemerinsky, and Fisk as the first three tenure-stream academic faculty, Irvine currently has a per capita rate of scholarly impact higher than Yale!
