Brian Tamanaha (Wash U/St. Louis) is too polite to call it that, but surely some journalist should file a freedom of information request on some of the schools he discusses. (Professor Tamanaha's characterization of the decision in the NYLS case [discussed yesterday] strikes me as a bit uncharitable, but readers may consult the opinion for themselves.)

In Memoriam: Jonathan E. Adler (1949-2012)
I am sorry to report that Professor Adler, a leading contributor to epistemology and Professor of Philosophy at Brooklyn College and the City University of New York Graduate Center, passed away this morning after a long illness.
