Paul Moving To Northeastern Deanship

University of Connecticut School of Law Dean Jeremy Paul will be moving to Northeastern University School of Law next month.  He will take over the deanship from Emily Spieler.  Paul joined UConn in 1989 and has been dean at UConn since 2007.  I count myself among Dean Paul's admirers, having met him early in my teaching career and crossed paths various times since.  This is a wonderful hire for Northeastern, in my view.  There have been some questions elsewhere about his decision to accept the position on a relatively short timeline, but my understanding is that he did not blindside the folks at Connecticut and leaves his longtime home on good terms.
