A fairer thing to say would be that many law schools are worth the money, but not all are, and some are probably worth less than they are currently collecting, given realistic appraisals of employment outcomes. Absent real regulation by the ABA (or the government), only the market will sort this out, and to that end, prospective students need to be well-informed.
