2021 PGR Preview: Biggest Declines in the Overall Rankings for the U.S. Top 50

We noted the big increases (5 or more spots) in the U.S. top 50 a couple of weeks back; below the fold are the schools that dropped 5 or more spots in the 2021 PGR compared to 2017:

University of Arizona:  from 16th in 2017 to 22nd in 2021.

Duke University:  from 25th in 2017 to 33rd in 2021.

Northwestern University:  from 32nd in 2017 to 38th in 2021.

Carnegie-Mellon University:  from 35th in 2017 to 40th in 2021.

Syracuse University:  from 35th in 2017 to 40th in 2021.
