We have an excellent group of eleven candidates this year: three Bigelow fellows, one Data Institute Law Fellow, 4 JD alumni, and 3 JSD alumni. They cover a wide range of curricular areas, including administrative law, business associations, civil procedure, civil rights, climate law, comparative constitutional law, constitutional law, contracts, copyright, criminal law & procedure, empirical legal studies, employment law, energy law, environmental law, evidence, family law, federal courts, First Amendment, foreign relations law, insurance law, international law, law & economics, law & religion, law & technology (including AI), legislation, local government law, music & entertainment law, prison law, professional responsibility, tax policy, torts, trademarks and wills & estates.
Our candidates include former judicial clerks; former Law Review editors; JD/PhDs and JSDs; current and former VAPs and Fellows; and accomplished practitioners as well as scholars, many with multiple publications. All have writing samples available upon request.
