In Memoriam: Paul Bender (1933-2026)

Professor Bender, well-known for his work in constitutional law and also Federal Indian law, taught for more than two decades at the University of Pennsylvania, before becoming Dean at Arizona State University, where he spent the remainder of his academic career. The ASU memorial notice is here.
