Legal scholar George from Northwestern to Vanderbilt

Tracey George (law and social science) at Northwestern University has accepted an offer from Vanderbilt University, where her husband Chris Guthrie (behavioral law & economics) teaches. Guthrie had also had an offer from Northwestern, but the couple opted for Nashville. This is the second time in the last year that Vanderbilt has gone head-to-head with Northwestern and won: last year, criminal procedure expert Nancy King at Vanderbilt turned down an offer from Northwestern.
