Sudan

Reader Rob Sica calls my attention to these fairly concrete suggestions for trying to alleviate some of the current horrors in the Sudan. They come via Nicholas Kristof, one of the leading “no ideas and the ability to express them” columnists at the New York Times, but here at least he is modestly constructive.
