Paul Caron (Law, Cincinnati) has the details here.  Since a couple of folks have already remarked on the fact that I’m not on the program (as one correspondent, mistakenly, surmised, "Maybe they’re unhappy with where you rank them"), I should note that Professor Caron kindly invited me to participate, but I couldn’t make it for those dates.  I do hope, however, to contribute a paper to the published symposium.
