Cass Sunstein, professor at Harvard and regular visiting professor at Chicago, will now be teaching at neither institution as he prepares to join the Obama Administration as administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. I have not spoken to Cass, but I assume he is taking a leave of absence, and I'm sure either Harvard or Chicago would be delighted to have him back in four or eight years when his government work is done.
