The “Analysis” Model of Handling Article Submissions

Philosopher Gualtiero Piccinini (Missouri/St. Louis) raises the question whether more journals are adopting the Analysis model in which the editor rejects many submissions, quickly, without sending them out for review.  Professor Piccinini is seeking feedback from other philosophers on the subject.
