Eastern APA Marriott Hotel Apparently Has Rooms Available at Conference Rate

Chirs Surprenant (Tulane) writes earlier today:

I just called the Marriott about the APA block and they have quite a few rooms that are now available for the entire conference period (or just selected days)–lots of cancellations in the past few days.  I got this information by calling the group reservation number: 800-843-4898.  I've posted this information on some of the blogs and am sending it to you in the event that you can publicize it.  Hopefully, the word can get out soon enough to quell the panic and save some people some money.
