Grainne de Burca, Professor of Law at Fordham University, will be moving north next year. She has accepted a tenured offer from Harvard Law School. She is a European Union Law scholar who spent seven years on the faculty of the European University Institute in Florence before joining the Fordham faculty in 2006. De Burca visited at Harvard during the 2008-09 school year.
