MOVING TO FRONT FROM APRIL 19:  SEE UPDATE

This really takes the prize.  I do find it hard to believe that anyone gives any credence to (or could care about) anonymous Amazon reviews of scholarly books.

UPDATE:  As several readers have pointed out, this saga has now gotten even more pathetic.  It really does look like a mental health issue at this point.  A shame.
