Last week, the Indiana Tech board of trustees established a committee to consider the feasibility of opening a new law school in Fort Wayne. Given the challenges faced by existing law graduates, I'm a bit surprised that Indiana Tech is considering this move now. Still, law school success is determined by the local market in many cases. We'll wait for the committee's report this May for more details.
