ADDENDUM:  One puzzle about Hastings is why, in recent years, they've been losing almost all their top public law scholars, and mostly to peer, rather than clearly better, schools (Amar and Bhagwat to UC Davis, Leib to Fordham, and now Massey to New Hampshire).   Anyone know?  Just coincidence?
