The best essay I’ve read in a long time about America’s insane tolerance for gun violence…

…and the brainless media coverage of the post-mortem spectacles.  It's time for all of us to become single-issue voters on draconian gun regulations.  If we do that, maybe we'll get sensible regulations at least:  ban the assault rifles, universal background checks, strict licensing requirements, registration of all guns, and so on.
