Your blog and Gourmet Report have helped me a lot over the years. They guided my grad school applications and final decision and are probably a large part of why I'm employed today. I don't always agree with everything you say, but I applaud you for saying it and for using your position and power to defend some of the saner positions in the profession that many junior people feel too professionally vulnerable to voice.
