APA continues to dole out resources based on the idea that the racial, ethnic and gender diversity of the profession is the most important issue

Same old, same old.   A couple of these are good programs, but the APA needs to pursue some "diversity" in what it funds.  If you applied, but didn't get funding, I'd be interested to hear about your project.  I can share it with or without identifying information about the philosophers involved, but it might be useful for people in the profession to know what the APA is passing over.  (Perhaps no other good proposals are being submitted?)

ADDENDUM:  A reader (who asked not to be acknowledged) points out that at the "safe space" blog a reader made exactly the point, above, only to be lectured to condescendingly by Justin Weinberg; that sanctimonious weasel is true to form.
