More on the illegal firing of tenured faculty at St. Cloud State

MOVING TO THE FRONT FROM SEPTEMBER 20:  UPDATED

A good article in a local newspaper, giving the perspective of philosopher Michael Shaffer, one of those affected.  If the union grievance process does not get the decision reversed, I'm optimistic he would prevail in a lawsuit.

UPDATE:  As philosopher Joel Pust (Delaware) points out to me, St. Cloud is already advertising for adjuncts in philosophy.  And Dean Rowan (Berkeley) calls my attention to this essay about the "invisible" labor of librarians, who are also targets of the St. Cloud administration.  The St. Cloud administrators need to be fried in litigation, as a warning to others who would destroy careers and lives.
