Diamond Princess cruise ship: a “natural” experiment, as it were

Reader Robert Lee called my attention to this on an earlier thread, and I found this article:

As of February 20, tests of most of the 3,711 people aboard the Diamond Princess confirmed that 634, or 17 percent, had the virus; 328 of them did not have symptoms at the time of diagnosis. Of those with symptoms, the fatality ratio was 1.9 percent, Russell and colleagues calculate. Of all infected, that ratio was 0.91 percent. Those 70 and older were most vulnerable, with an overall fatality ratio of about 7.3 percent.

Is there data on Diamond Princess cruise ship passengers since February 20?   Links welcome.

    Here is a recent study (not yet peer-reviewed), with data through the end of February:

    And here is the abstract:
    Adjusting for delay from confirmation-to-death, we estimated case and infection fatality ratios
    (CFR, IFR) for COVID-19 on the Diamond Princess ship as 2.3% (0.75%–5.3%) and 1.2%
    (0.38–2.7%). Comparing deaths onboard with expected deaths based on naive CFR
    estimates using China data, we estimate IFR and CFR in China to be 0.5% (95% CI: 0.2–
    1.2%) and 1.1% (95% CI: 0.3–2.4%) respectively.

    My physician, Chief of Staff at a large hospital and advisor to MI Governor, told me his main concern is over lack of ventilators, respirators, and hospital beds. Praised POTUS for border closure; criticized him for not relying on WHO test kits. Criticized Governor for being slow to close casinos, where 'elderly congregate,' and restaurants and bars. Held out hope we will play softball later this spring. Then, on the way home, Tom Petty Radio dampened my optimism. 'Let it be like yesterday/Please let me have happy days.' Great, great and apropos rock song. Luv those crashing Davies Brothers' guitars:
