Pop singer Shakira taking online ancient philosophy course with Penn’s Susan Sauve Meyer

My friend Michael Weisberg (Penn) called my attention to this amusing fact, although I had to admit to not knowing who or what Shakira was (I have since found out).  Perhaps she will endow the Shakira Professorship of Ancient Philosophy?
