State legislation targetting “critical race theory” and free speech

Joseph Henderson on Twitter calls my attention to this useful compilation of the all the enacted or pending legislation targetting speech based on its content.  Many (but not all) of these bills are (or, if enacted, will be) unconstitutional–assuming, of course, that the more conservative courts don't invent new doctrines to rationalize them.  But I think that's unlikely with those that target higher education in particular.
