BA.2.75.2: natural selection marches on

This new Omicron variant appears to have much greater ability to escape antibodies.   How it will fare against the new bivalent Covid vaccines (tailored to BA.4 and BA.5) remains to be seen, I guess, although the data reported in the linked article does not make one optimistic.  This variant just recently climbed past the 1% mark in U.S. prevalence.  Links to additional literature on this latest variant welcome.
