Psychologist at Harvard Business School sues her school and the blog that accused her of fraudulent research practices

We noted her case here; the complaint is here:  Download Gino complaint.   I will note that an innocent person should sue in a context like this, and doing so will subject her to even more searching inquiry and examination in the context of discovery; a guilty person would be taking a real risk in suing in a context like this.
