The NUS faculty list included Jc Beall, who had to rescind his acceptance of the offer for personal reasons.  Since 2021, however, NUS (which then was just outside the top five) added Peter Millican (half-time) and Julian Savulescu (as well as some strong juniors), so I would expect it to remain solidly in the top five even without Beall.  (The next highest ranked program in Australasia had a rounded mean score of 1.7.)  I should note that the University of Hong Kong was not included in the surveys, although I hope they will be in the future.  I would expect Hong Kong to be comptetive with NUS, Monash, and Melbourne.
