McConnell to the rescue for vaccines

Senator Mitch McConnell has been one of the  most malign influences in American politics in the first quarter of the 21st-century, but things are so bad these days, that even he has opportunities to be on the right side:  in this case, putting that ignoramus RFK Jr. on notice that he won't get confirmed as Secretary of HHS if he poses a threat to vaccines.  Of course, McConnell hates Trump, and is unlikely to run again, so he has no reason to do his bidding anymore.  The Senator Majority leader, Thune, is a McConnell ally, and McConnell has other allies in the Republican caucus, enough to sink a nomination.  Let's hope he does it.
