I believe this is a Bruce Stephens solo number from much later that got added on to later issues of the Mint Tattoo album
I had to check, but you are correct, bzfgt. "Wrong Way Girl" appeared on a 1981 Stephens solo release, where a cover of Faces' "Ooo La La" also appears. The late Norton Buffalo, from these parts, just up the road from where I sit in Berkeley, is on the album. I'll have to investigate it.
