The district court judge's patience is wearing thin:  she's laying the foundation for holding the government lawyers in contempt and imposing sanctions.  It's pretty clear, as the judge says, that nothing has been done to "facilitate" the return of the victim here.  The depositions of government officials and lawyers will no doubt confirm this over the next two weeks.  Then the judge will have to act.

ADDENDUM:  As reader Henry Cohen rightly points out to me, since almost all those deported to the El Salvador concentration camp were not afforded due process, their cases may all be as egregious wrongdoings as the case currently garnering all the attention.
