The federal court decision in favor of Harvard in its lawsuit against Trump

I haven't had a chance to read it carefully, but a First Amendment expert here offers a useful overview of the decision and its significance.  If this gets appealed up to the super-legislature, who knows what will happen?  My guess is a settlement will be reached before then, but we will see.  I suspect the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit (which is a fairly sane Circuit, ulnike the 5th) is likely to uphold much of the district court opinion.
