The Daily Journal (not on-line, alas) reports that Rachel Moran at Berkeley has been offered the Deanship of the law school at the University of California at Los Angeles. That will put her into more immediate competition with the new law school at UC Irvine, where Moran spent the past two years while on leave from Berkeley.
