Henry Butler Returns to George Mason

Henry Butler, currently the executive director of the Searle Center on Law, Regulation, and Economic Growth at Northwestern University School of Law, will be joining the George Mason law faculty next fall as a tenured professor. Butler was on the faculty at Mason from 1986-93, then went off and had some fun, including becoming a professor at the University of Kansas Business and Law Schools, Dean of Chapman University’s B-School, and the Director of the Judicial Education Center at the Brookings/American Enterprise Institute Joint Center for Regulatory Studies.
