Huw Price (philosophy of science and physics, metaphysics, philosophy of language) at the University of Sydney has accepted the Bertrand Russell Professorship at Cambridge University effective October 2011, and will be full time in Cambridge from the following Fall, after completing commitments in Sydney in the (northern) Spring and Summer of 2012.  That's a major appointment for Cambridge (and also a major loss for Sydney, though they will continue to have a distinguished group working in and around philosophy of the sciences).
