More on Colorado…

this time from IHE.  The only new bit of information here is that one member of the Site Visit committee was also "surprised" that the report was made public.  Although the Site Visit team can not contract out of "open records" laws at state universities (though even those typically do not cover documents related to personnel matters), it could enter a contract with universities to maintain confidentiality.  Going forward, this would seem prudent.
