I've now had an update from Christopher Pynes about the new PGR, which, in fact, is done, and been in the hands of Wiley-Blackwell for five weeks (or more, in the case of some parts of the PGR). Despite representations, it probably will not be live tomorrow. If it is not live Monday, then we will begin publishing more portions here, unless my lawyers say we can't. I apologize to all the students waiting for the results, but the fault lies not with the editors, but with Wiley-Blackwell.
