On Twitter, the ‘Giant Electrical Idiot’ performing a ‘reverse Condorcet experiment’

Funny comment on FB by philosopher Alan Thomas (York) which he gave me permission to share:  "Still very puzzled by Twitter. Wire together the world’s dumbest people and you get a Giant Electrical Idiot. Really not getting the point of it, save as some kind of reverse Condorcet experiment."
