This is probably a combination of foreign students rethinking their interest in studying in the U.S., given the serial violations of the free speech rights of foreign students by the Trump Administration, and more vetting by the Administration.
I’m curious how this is playing out in LLM enrollments for U.S. law schools (which are overwhelmingly foreign students) and foreign enrollments in U.S. Ph.D. programs. Comments are open for those who care ot share what’s happening at their schools.
