*Katherine Mims Crocker (constitutional law) from Texas A&M University to Cornell University.

*Joseph Fishman (intellectual property) from Vanderbilt University to Fordham University.

*Thomas Frampton (criminal law & procedure) from the University of Virginia to George Washington University.

*Cathy Hwang (corporate law, securities regulation) from the University of Virginia to Georgetown University.

*Jamelia Morgan (disability law, civil rights, criminal law) from Northwestern University to the University of California, Los Angeles (effective January 2026).

*Cynthia Nicoletti (legal history) from the University of Virginia to Duke University.

*Henry E. Smith (property, remedies, equity, private law theory) from Harvard University to Yale University.

*Lawrence Solum (constitutional law and theory, civil procedure, legal theory) from the University of Virginia to Texas A&M University.
